Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and aec4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all access and use of the aec4444 website, mobile-optimised interface, casino lobby, sports betting section, promotional features, and payment services.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on aec4444. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all related accounts will be suspended and any bonuses received across those accounts will be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held (including real-money funds where prohibited activity is confirmed), and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account; providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format on the Platform;

aec4444 employs fraud detection, behaviour analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. The Platform's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final subject to the complaints procedure described below.

Account Suspension & Closure

aec4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity;
• A withdrawal request that triggers an AML review that cannot be resolved within the standard processing window;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the account holder;
• Self-exclusion activated by the player through the responsible gaming tools or via support.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other deliberate violation. In cases where the account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
